Every vintage hat has a good story. This was told to me by the woman who sold me the hat. This hat originally belonged to her son who a bull rider. On one of his rides, he was bucked off and in the process, his hat fell into the dirt. The bull turned around to charge and saw his hat sitting in the dirt. The bull lowered his head and with his horns, he charged the hat and that is how it sustained the damage on the top of the hat! (Yes, the hat has been cleaned and restored)
How to determine hat size:
- Measure circumference of head where hat is worn, approximately about 3/4” above ears.
